The deal, which includes an option for a two-year extension, will be recorded in Enersense Connectivity's order books for Q2 2024. Over the past year, Valoo's network has expanded to over 30 towns. Enersense International Plc has been ordered by an arbitration tribunal in Lithuania to receive EUR 1 million from Litgrid, the Lithuanian electricity transmission system operator, over a dispute regarding two projects executed in Lithuania from 2021-2023. This decision has led Enersense to write down EUR 6 million from a EUR 7 million receivable recorded in its 2022 financial statements, which will negatively impact its EBITDA in Q2 2024. The company has withdrawn its EBITDA guidance for 2024 but maintains its revenue forecast for the year. Enersense plans to further investigate the tribunal's decision and assess additional legal measures.

The arrangement will not impact Enersense's cash flow or the balance sheet value of the investment. P2X is currently building Finland's first industrial-scale green hydrogen production plant and has plans for further facilities in Joensuu and Oulu.
