Incap Corporation held its Annual General Meeting on May 10, 2024. The meeting approved the annual accounts for 2023 and discharged the Board of Directors and President and CEO from liability. No dividend will be paid for 2023. The Remuneration Report and the Remuneration Policy for governing bodies were approved. The remuneration for the Chairman of the Board is EUR 65,000 and for the Board members is EUR 35,000, with additional meeting attendance fees. The auditor will be paid against a reasonable invoice. The Board of Directors was re-elected and PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy was re-elected as the auditor and sustainability auditor. The Board was authorized to issue new shares, up to 10% of the total shares. The Board can decide on terms and scope related to share issues. The Board elected Ville Vuori as the Chairman and established two committees. The minutes of the meeting will be available on May 24, 2024.
