YIT Corporation announced the composition of its Shareholders' Nomination Board on 11 September 2024. The three largest shareholders as of 30 August 2024, according to Euroclear’s register, have nominated representatives to the board. YIT Corporation announced on 3 September 2024 that it has agreed on three ARA-funded apartment building projects with TA-Asumisoikeus Oy and TA-Yhtymä Oy in Helsinki, Joensuu, and Tampere. The total value of these contracts is approximately EUR 28 million, recorded in the third quarter's order book. The projects include: 1. Kiinteistö Oy Helsingin Saarni in Helsinki's Haaga district, with 39 geothermal-heated apartments, a gross floor area of 2,600 square meters, starting in September 2024 and completing in August 2025. 2. Asumisoikeus Oy Joensuun Tulliportinkatu 7b and c in Joensuu's Tulliportti area, comprising two blocks with 46 apartments and a gross floor area of 4,200 square meters, starting in September 2024 and completing in October 2025. 3. Asumisoikeus Oy Tampereen Tohlopinranta 29 in Tampere's Tohlopinranta area, featuring an 8-storey building with 34 apartments and a gross floor area of 2,550 square meters, starting in September 2024 and completing in September 2025.
