The Subsequent Offering raised approximately NOK 4.1 million, with a subscription rate of about 58%, and incurred issue costs of around NOK 1.0 million. The board of directors, authorized by the annual general meeting on May 19, 2025, decided on the allocation of shares and increase of share capital on June 18, 2025.
