Nidhogg Resources Expands Exploration in Vintjärn

Nidhogg Resources Holding AB (publ) has announced a significant milestone in their exploration endeavors with the acquisition of a new exploration permit in Vintjärn, Falu municipality. The permit, known as 'Vintjärn-Södra', covers an area of 117.52 hectares and is valid for three years starting from March 3, 2025. This strategic move aligns with Nidhogg's ongoing efforts to expand their resource base in the region.

The new permit adjoins existing licenses that Nidhogg has access to through their earn-in agreement with Big Rock. These areas have a history of iron and manganese extraction, with previous drilling and geophysical surveys indicating promising resource potential. With the addition of Vintjärn-Södra, Nidhogg's total exploration area in Vintjärn now spans an impressive 1,464 hectares, including the historic Vintjärn mine.

Niclas Biörnstad, CEO of Nidhogg Resources, expressed optimism about the new permit, stating that it provides the company with the opportunity to conduct new geophysical surveys planned for later this spring. These surveys are expected to enhance the understanding of the mineral potential in the area and guide future exploration efforts.
