Raute Corporation held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 4 April 2024, where it adopted the Financial Statements and approved the Remuneration Report and Policy for Governing Bodies. The AGM also discharged the Board of Directors and the CEO from liability for the 2023 financial year. A dividend of EUR 0.10 per share will be distributed for the financial year 2023, to be paid on 18 April 2024.
