Solteq Plc has successfully completed a consent solicitation through a written procedure to amend the terms and conditions of its EUR 23 million senior unsecured fixed rate notes. The written procedure began on 21 August 2024 and concluded on 13 September 2024. A quorum was achieved, and the amendments were approved by the required majority of noteholders.
