The company now owns 29 properties with a total rentable area of 108,836 sqm. Two properties were added during the quarter in Uddevalla and Eskilstuna. The economic rental rate stands at 98.2% after renting an office space in central Karlstad. The company plans to continue property transactions at high direct returns, promising strong cash flows and increased earning opportunities. The company is also working on switching its listing from Spotlight to Nasdaq First North Growth Market, aiming for the first trade on First North in mid-June.
