Resolution No. (224) of 2023 announced the temporary suspension of trading for the shares of Abu Dhabi National Hotels Co. on the ADX, due to a Board of Directors meeting coinciding with the trading session. Trading will be suspended from 09:30 on 8-Nov-2023 until the meeting results are received by ADX. All department heads in ADX are instructed to implement this resolution in their respective fields. The resolution will be circulated to the SCA, the concerned company, all departments at ADX, and all brokers accredited by ADX. The resolution was approved by the authorized person and issued on 31/10/2023.

The Chief Executive of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange has issued Resolution No. 220, which suspends the trading of Abu Dhabi National Hotels Co. shares effective from 26th October 2023 until further notice. The resolution is based on Articles No. 10/11 & No. 38 of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange Listing and Disclosure Rules. All departments of the exchange are required to implement this resolution in accordance with their functions. The resolution is to be circulated to the respective company, brokers, and will be effective from the issuance date, which is 26th October 2023.
