The Abu Dhabi National Takaful Company - PSC -Takaful held a board meeting on Wednesday, 8th November 2023. The meeting started at 11:00 AM and ended at 12:30 PM with all seven board members present. During the meeting, the board approved the minutes of the previous meeting, discussed and approved the company's financial statements for the period ending 30th September 2023, and discussed and approved general operational issues. The meeting was signed off by Chief Executive Officer, Osama Abdeen. The results of the meeting were subsequently disclosed.

Resolution No. (234) of 2023 announces the temporary suspension of trading on the shares of Abu Dhabi National Takaful Co. on ADX due to a board of directors meeting scheduled for 11:00 on 8-Nov-2023. To avoid conflict with the trading session, trading in TKFL shares will be suspended from 09:30 on 8-Nov-2023 until the meeting results are received by ADX. All department heads in ADX are to implement this resolution in their respective fields. The resolution will be circulated to SCA, the concerned company, all departments at ADX, and all brokers accredited by ADX. The resolution was issued on 03/11/2023 and has been approved by the authorized person.
