Resolution No. (243) of 2023 temporarily suspends trading of Emirates Insurance Co. shares on the ADX due to a board meeting scheduled at the same time as the trading session. The suspension will start at 09:30 on 14-Nov-2023 and will continue until the ADX receives the meeting results. The resolution instructs all department heads at ADX to enforce this in their respective fields. The resolution will be circulated to the SCA, the concerned company, all departments at ADX, and all brokers accredited by ADX. The resolution was approved by the authorized person and issued on 08/11/2023.
