The Board of Directors of Emsteel Building Materials PJSC (Emsteel) has announced that it will hold its 5th meeting for the year 2023 on Tuesday, 31 October 2023 at 03:15 pm. The meeting will discuss the approval of the financial statement for the first half of the year 2023, the company’s budget for the year 2024, and other business matters. The information was disclosed in a letter addressed to the Disclosure & Compliance Section of the Market Operation Surveillance Dept. at the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange. A copy of the letter was also sent to the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA).
