Resolution No. 272 of 2024 has temporarily suspended trading of ESHRAQ INVESTMENTS P.J.S.C shares on ADX. The suspension is due to the company's AGM taking place at the same time as the trading session on 8th February 2024. Trading will be halted from 09:00 on that day until the AGM results are received by ADX. The Board of Directors of Eshraq Investments PJSC has invited its shareholders to a General Meeting on February 1, 2024.
