Gulf Investment House Company

The Resolution No. (245) of 2023 temporarily suspends trading on the shares of Gulf Investment House Company. This decision, subject to article No. (16) of the Regulations Concerning the Listing of Securities on ADX, is due to the company's Board of Directors Meeting scheduled for 14:00 on the 13th of November, 2023. This meeting time coincides with the trading session at ADX. As a result, trading in GIH shares will be suspended from 09:30 on 13th November 2023 until ADX receives the meeting results. All heads of departments in ADX are required to execute this resolution in their respective fields. The resolution will be circulated to SCA, the concerned company, all departments at ADX, and all brokers accredited by ADX. The resolution was approved by the authorised person and issued on 08/11/2023.
