Resolution No. 235 of 2023 temporarily suspends trading of RAPCO Investment PJSC shares on the ADX due to a board meeting scheduled at 10:00 on 9th November 2023. This meeting coincides with the trading session, hence trading will be suspended from 09:30 on the same day until the meeting results are received by ADX. The resolution instructs all department heads at ADX to execute this decision in their respective fields. It will also be circulated to SCA, the concerned company, all ADX departments, and all ADX-accredited brokers. The resolution, approved by the authorized person, was issued on 6th November 2023.
