Autocirc Group AB (publ) has announced its intention to redeem its SEK 1,500,000,000 senior secured callable floating rate bonds (ISIN SE0017885916) early, subject to the fulfillment of conditions related to new debt facilities. The company has around 63,000 parts for sale, mainly to workshops but also to private individuals. Tom Grønvold, the CEO of GBD-Grønvolds Bildemontering, will continue in his role after the acquisition. This will be Autocirc's 11th company in Norway.
