Autocirc Group AB (publ) has announced its intention to redeem its SEK 1,500,000,000 senior secured callable floating rate bonds (ISIN SE0017885916) early, subject to the fulfillment of conditions related to new debt facilities. The redemption date is set for June 17, 2024, with bondholders receiving 104.375% of the nominal amount plus accrued interest. The redemption is conditional, and bondholders will be notified of the satisfaction or waiver of these conditions by June 7, 2024.
