The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange has been informed by the company's General Manager, Saeed Ahmed Ghareib Alseridi, that the Board of Directors has decided to terminate the services of their financial advisor, Ernst & Young, effective November 29, 2024. The quorum was met with 188,247,330 shares, representing 52.90% of the total shares.
