The area is designed to promote urban living with excellent transport connections, making car ownership unnecessary. The project aims to create a sustainable environment with meadows for insects and trees for birds, while maintaining the cultural and historical value of the district. Made from 40% recycled materials, this brick is part of a collaborative effort involving YIT, the Yrjö and Hanna Foundation, ARK-house Architects, AINS Group, Iittala, and Wienerberger. It meets CE marking quality standards and helps reduce the need for new raw materials, conserving resources and lowering carbon emissions.
